1 Lb Ground pork
4 Tablespoon Dried oregano
1 large egg, Beaten
4 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
4 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, Chopped
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
16 Oz Ricotta Cheese
2 jars Spaghetti Sauce
1 Pkg Mozzarella grated
1 Pkg Tex Mex Shredded cheese
1 Pkg Parmesan (Italian Style) Shredded
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1 Pkg No-boil lasagna Noodles
Add some olive oil to a large skillet. Cook the onion, mushroom until just about done, add in the garlic and cook about 1 more minute.
Add the ground meat to the pan and cook everything together until meat is browned and cooked through. Add in one jar of pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Adjust salt / pepper / seasoning to taste. Set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl add one egg, oregano, parsley, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper and mix until smooth.
In your tinfoil baking dish place a layer of your meat sauce on the bottom, add your noodles then spread your cheese mixture, more sauce, noodles, shredded cheese, etc etc.
When done pour the other jar of sauce over the built dish (to make sure everything is covered) top with a bit more shredded cheese and Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 50 minutes, then remove cover and bake another 10 minutes at 425 (or until cheese is bubbling)
Remove cover with foil and let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
